Grady's first hit of the scrimmage!
Running to first....SAFE!Thursday was Grady's team's 3rd practice! They had a scrimmage that night....that was a hoot! For the most part the kiddos did a great job...they all ran to the right bases and they all hit the ball! The only problem.....they all act like the ball is a stick of dynamite! Noone wants to field the ball, everyone watches it roll right on by! Grady played pitcher for the scrimmage and I feel confident the dirt around the mound it properly aereated! He is more worried about scooting up the dirt than where the ball is!! He is learning though, thanks to Coach Matt...whom has the patience of Job! The team also received their uniforms on Thursday night...that was pretty exciting! GO JETS!
